Personally it went fine. It is still pulling to the left. They called today to check on it and I told them I would probably be bringing it back in. To get solid A's from me the car could not be pulling to the left. I would like for them to have fixed it right the first time. They shuttled me back to where I needed to go and picked me up when I needed to be. I had to order the part than we talked about but they took me in without an appointment. It was fine. This was the second time I have used them.

Experienced problem on the road. Difficult starting, would not idle. After performing computer diagnostics ($99) this shop gave me a list of recommended repairs totaling over $1300.00. The car ran well up to within an hour of experiencing the problem. I protested the number and scope of the repairs. The shop pared the list down to the above listed items and said that should get the car back to "able to start and able to idle without cutting out". Repairs were done. Car performed ok for 24 hrs. 2nd day after repairs car failed to start. It was stranded approx. a mile from the shop. Went there in other vehicle and asked for further help. Charged additional $79.00 for TOWING and claimed the battery was dead because an interior light had been left on. As with original problem there was no indication of bad battery when starting the car at least 6 times prior to the final failure. Shotgun approach, fix any and all things that could be problem-$$ for shop-computerized rip-off to me.
