Other service providers just do the very minimum. Kingwood Standby Generation operating their service side of the company as Generator Service Center not only cleaned the entire generator but used Genuine Generac parts. They do a great job and spend the time required to make sure my generator is serviced to the quality we require. My wife and I both sleep with CPAP machines and it is important we have a good generator service provider we can trust. They have a PM Service Agreement that saves us $201.00 each time they come out. It's the best deal I have seen in the Houston area. Also, the Agreement is not one of those pre-pay contracts. They call it the "Honest People doing business with Honest People" Agreement. I would not even consider another generator company and there office is here in Kingwood.
