The fact that I was able to call Lee and trust that he would properly and efficiently fix the sprinkler system at my rental property without having to go out and meet him and supervise the work was great. My tenants were pleassed and were not inconvenienced, and the bill was extremely reasonable. I was very impressed with Lee after having 2 other companies come out and give me detailed estimates of all the work that would be needed at considerable expense to get the sprinkler system at my newly purchased house in good working order. Lee explained the issues in a straight-forward manner, fixed all the problems, and did not insist that all new equipment was necessary. Everything has been working great. He is very courteous, punctual, and honest, and I highly recommend Kand A Lawn Sprinklers.
