I called he arrived promptly on the date we agreed to he was very informative anytime I ask a question he was very professional and figured out what was wrong with my dryer within about 10-12mins of him being at my home he ordered my part 30-45 mins later he came back changed the part and my dryer was back to new I would recommend his services to anyone great guy great company
