Shoddy, poor, and unfinished. Not only did he not finished the work that he was hire to do, he also left my house open to any and every elements such as rain, rodents, and animals. I had to spend more money to get my house close back up. Javier was paid for the material and the first half of the work that he was supposed to do, and when he finished he was supposed to be paid the balance in two week upon completing the work. After getting my money Javier started slacking on the job immediately. First he had a funeral to attend, second he had to go to court, third he allergies, and fourth excuse the Coronavirus. I hired Javier on March 4, 2020 it was according to him a two weeks job so by the time we knew anything about the World Wide Pandemic Javier was supposed to been finished. I have written and verbal contracts with Javier and contracts are notarized. In March after Javier text me that he would not work in the Coronavirus I told him that I can respect that however return me my money because I know somebody who will work and finished my house. Javier still to this day have not return my money to me. Javier Iracheta is a scam he scammed another woman the same way that he scammed me. Her name is Ms. Stephanie Woods in 2018 it's public records on the BBB website. I have asked Javier to meet with me so we can resolve this matter with ease and I can hire a competent contractor to redo the shoddy, poor, and incomplete work that he left behind.
