It started off well as she gave us nice welcome packet and seem on top of things.  She was also very timely and seemed professional.  However as things progressed to the point of making an offer and negotiating,  she did not represent our interests and seemed to take the side of the seller.  She was not willing to do any negotiation for us.  Also when we finally got a contract executed she didn't help to assist/advise on question/issues with our mortgage broker, title company and home setup questions (utility, water sewage, garbage).  When I asked questions about mortgage broker issues she said this was not her expertise and thus would not answer any of my questions. Also when it came to the home inspection she was not willing to negotiate with the seller to get them to fix items found on the inspection report. 



We ended up using Angie's List to find a new mortgage broker who was much more honest and helpful.  We used Marcy Wolf from Action Mortgage, who is an "Upfront Mortgage broker".
