Mick got to my house on time. He found out what was wrong, physically showed me on the system and explained how he would fix it. He was professional, polite and was a really nice guy. His price was fair and I trust him that he made the proper repair and didn't try to add on any unneeded repairs.

Mick is new to the area and lives within a few miles. I like the idea of having a nearby service provider who takes care of his work. He seems very knowledgable and trustworthy. He arrived on time and I explained what I have observed, what I have done and showed him where everything is located. He told me exactly what he needed to check. I had to leave for work and soon after, he called with the detailed diagnostic and explained what he needed to do. I gave him the go ahead and a while later he called and told me what he did and explained how they are now working. He noticed a few other items he recommended doing and will do these when he returns in the Spring to check on the units. Excellent work and service call.

We arrived home from vacation on a very hot Sunday in June to find that our air conditioner was not working. We have an older unit, and we were afraid we were going to have to replace it -- which is definitely not in the budget this year. Fortunately, Mick from Houston AC Master said he could get to us by 9 a.m. Monday morning to take a look.

He quickly figured out what was wrong and said he could fix it (whew!) My husband tends to be a very demanding customer and he is looks over the shoulder of any repair person, asking a million questions. Mick explained everything he was doing and why, and gave my husband some tips on home maintenance he could perform to keep the unit running as long as possible. My husband was very impressed with Mick's skills and expertise, and he said he learned a lot that day. That is high praise from my husband!
