The inspection report provided by Homestead was professional and thorough. It included images and explanations regarding areas that needed to be fixed. When we had questions about the repairs, the inspector took our phone call and walked us through the whole report. We found the process to be very helpful. The day of the inspection, he arrived on time and thoroughly inspected every part of the home. On that particular day, it was raining, so the pest inspector could not come, but they performed the inspection the next day and provided a prompt report.

They were okay. They didn't do a whole inspection of our roof, and I wanted that. The guy seemed knowledgeable, but he didn't seem overly knowledgeable. I have had other house inspections, and it was okay. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either.

They did a very thorough inspection of the main components of the house, the structure, electrical, hydraulic and appliances. And provided a detailed report with pictures which they gave to the builder along with my own list for the builder to make corrections.
