Piano Tuning
He did an excellent job especially in explaining how the change of climates had affected the piano. Also, he was able to look up the serial number and tell me that piano was made in 1916. Martin definitely is skilled in the art of piano tuning.

Piano Tuning
The tuner was prompt and called before he came. He did a good job tuning the piano, saying that it was so badly out of tune that he would have to come back and tune it a second time in a few weeks. He also fixed a loose music rack, having found the missing screw inside the piano, and charged us only a minimal fee for that. He also advised us about placement of the piano in order that it didn't get too much heat from nearby windows which could cause it to go out of tune sooner.

Everything went well. The piano had not been tuned in over two years when we brought it. Mr. Wesenbaker has said it we take two tunings to bring up to standard. He has performed the first tuning and is scheduled for the next one.

Piano Tuning
Although he is a very busy man, he was well worth the wait. As he says, after doing piano tuning for 42 years he is learning how! My last piano tuner came with a computer in hand rather than a tuning fork. Yes, I am a senior, but I feel as though my piano really got tuned this time. Also, the last tuner said that I might have a cracked sounding board without looking at it. This gentleman put my mind at ease by inspecting it and pronouncing its shape was fine. What a joy to have such an experienced technician. He was prompt, called to confirm the appointment the night before and called when he was on his way.

MARTIN DID A WONDERFUL JOB. HE SPENT ALMOST 2 HOURS TUNING MY PIANO, WHICH HADN'T BEEN TUNED FOR A DECADE. THE UPPER REGISTER HAD TO BE TUNED TWICE. HE WAS PATIENT AND POLITE THE ENTIRE TIME. I LIKED HOW HE CALLED THE DAY BEFORE TO CONFIRM THE APPOINTMENT, AND THEN 20 MINUTES BEFORE ARRIVING.
