 + -1 moreI didn't have to take the computer into best buy which was very convenient. They were able to fix the problem remotely. I continue to use Geek Squad because they've been helpful with software and hardware issues.
Description of Work: They fixed a software problem with my word, excel, and power point that kept crashing. I have been using them many years and they and their service are very helpful.
