We occasionally have folks who are outside of the area we service purchase our Big Deal. It seems to be unavoidable. You should have been told, when your appointment was scheduled, that your home is outside of the area that we can serve - and your appointment should not have been scheduled. That would have allowed you to request your refund at that time and avoid scheduling your day around an appointment that would not happen. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Following our difficulties with scheduling appointments for folks who purchased our Big Deal in May, we have made changes to our scheduling process to avoid problems in the future."

This would have given you a savings of 50% off our regular rates on $800 worth of painting services. The Big Deal did not offer to paint three rooms for $399. The total for the items on your quote is $1,250. With the Angie's List Big Deal, you would have received $1250 worth of painting for about $800. Please accept my personal apology for the inconvenience that I'm sure all of this has caused you."
