Finishing Touches

The drywall and the steps were about $3500. I understand because we did have several bids on that before we had it done, and they were probably to the higher end, but I mean they stuck in here. We had a real problem with part of the stairwell and they stuck in here and did it. We were involved with an engineer and a builder. They got it solved. I don't think some the other places had the skill to do that because he was an engineer. For us, the price was worth it. He was out here immediately if we called him and said there is a problem, or you know if we said they didn't finish this or we are not pleased with that. He came right out and corrected it. When they said they would be here they were here. We had a wait getting them scheduled in. Once they were scheduled they were here. Definitely an A on professionalism.

It went really, really well.  Our previous experience with remodeling the bathrooms was with a different contractor and there was no comparison to Finishing Touches service and product.  We were so excited when they showed up every day and stayed all day !!!  This was a big project and took about 10 weeks.  We were afraid that it would stretch out and take much longer and were pleasantly surprised when the project finished pretty much on time and only over budget by about 3%.  Most of the overrun was due to a leak found in the utility room plumbing and a few items that we added on after the project was bid.  Jerry and all his crew were easy to work with and very polite and cooperative.  Even the sub contractors who installed the counter tops and made the cabinets were timely and talented.  Overall, I wouldn't change anything that we did and we did a lot !!!!  We were prepared when the project started with appliances already purchased along with some of the lighting and fans and fixtures. Over all, we're extremely happy with the project and highly recommend Finishing Touches

Jerry with Finishing Touches, did a beautiful job on my master bath remodel. Bathroom looks amazing and Jerry was very easy to work with. I will be calling Finishing Touches again for 2 more projects. They were kind, polite, clean and very meticulous with their work. They even made a custom vanity just for my bathroom. Beautiful work!

He is a civil engineer, which means that he knows problems with stresses, loads, and construction material. Everything was clockwork with him and I am really satisfied with his work.

They were very good and their prices were very reasonable. He finished ahead of schedule. I was real pleased with them.

Overall, he was great. He really accommodated to my needs. He also worked very hard to make sure I was happy with the end results. I would use him again in the future!

The guy is an engineer and is very qualified to do what he does. He doesn't take shortcuts. He is not one of these fly by night companies and he knows what he is doing and has the education to back it up. I like that about him. Everything went well and I have no complaints. I have recommended him.
