+ -1 moreVery friendly, knowledgeable owners helped us select the perfect entry door for our home. Because our door had to be ordered and stained, it was several weeks before installation but well worth the wait. Professional installation was carried out by co-owner and assistant, work site left clean. We couldn't be happier with our new door.

+ 0 moreThey had a high quality selection. The lady inside was marvelously friendly and knowledgeable. The husband installed the door. It was a reasonable price. They did a fabulous job. They do excellent work. They got the job done quickly.

+ 0 moreIt took several weeks as they had to order the door and glass and then had to finish the door. It was done in 2 1/2 weeks and John, co-owner finished the door himself and then came out to install the next day. It was done beautifully. He took great care to make sure the door fit properly and the locks lined up perfectly. Recommend this small and quot;mom and popand quot; local establishment highly. They care about the quality of their product and workmanship.
Description of Work: We had to resign ourselves to replace our lovely old leaded glass door and matching sidelight because the glass in the door broke when a strong wind slammed it shut. The sidelight was not damaged so we were faced with ripping out everything or trying to match the glass. Sat down with Debra, co-owner, and she went patiently through the options. I narrowed them to two, choosing a door and glass to match. She got back with me quickly with a quote and I made my choice.

+ -1 moreBEFORE I PAID THEM THEY WOULD'VE GOT A "B" GRADE. EVERYTHING LOOKS GOOD, BUT AFTER THEY FINISHED AND I PAID THEM, I NOTICED 2 WEEKS LATER A PIECE STARTED COMING LOOSE AND STARTED FADING. I TOLD THEM ABOUT IT. THEY SAID THEY WOULD SEND SOMEONE OUT TO TAKE A LOOK AT IT. I'M STILL WAITING 3 MONTHS LATER, EVEN THOUGH I'VE CALLED THEM SEVERAL TIMES AND WENT BY THERE PERSONALLY 3 TIMES.
Description of Work: REPLACED MY FRONT ENTRY WAY AND DOOR.
