I was on a time schedule to complete this work on a rental property. Brad finished on time and within my budget. He kept me informed every step of the way - his work is top notch.Acted as a General Contractor to complete all the work I needed done that he didn't do himself; went the extra mile to call companies that did carpet stretching.
