Appliance Repair
Conns Appliance answered my call promptly and followed up readily with warranty information and washer repair. The technician was able to explain the specific solution for balancing the washer. The service was scheduled as soon as a day and time were set, and the technician was on time. He balanced the washer, got rid of the noise, and the washer works great. He cleaned up any mess and left his card for future service calls.

Appliance Repair
We only had the stove, which we purchased from Conns, for a little over two years. They came over the day after we called. The part they needed was not on their truck, so they came back two days later with the part. The repair job took less than thirty minutes. The technician was very personable and apologized for the stove malfunction. It was still under warranty, though, and we did not have to pay anything.
