I wasn't happy with Coldwell Banker. We cancelled our contract with them because we were disappointed with their service.They weren't very good about marketing our property so we switched real estate agent. For example, our house was left with the balcony door open and if the neighbors haven't been vigilant, it would have caused great damage but fortunately we keft the keys with the neighbors so they were able to close it. When we inquired about that they said "oh that was another agent, that wasn't us." They washed their hands and have no responsibility for it. when the woman who we listed with went on vacation, whoever she left it with did absolutely no-shows. That's why we're dissatisfied with them.

Kathy seems to be very professional and on top of things to get the house marketed. She's done a lot of online marketing as well as person to person marketing. The only complaint I have of her is that she's not always clear about the cost of some of the services provided for us to get the house marketed properly. So there has been some miscommunication, which could be a matter of distance.
