Pavers and Hardscaping Service
$28,500

.After 3 months and 3 advances the last being $11,500 - I have never seen him again.  Work was unsatisfactory, verified by authorized contractor of product. He  never finished other work contracted for.  Pavers will have to be taken out and reinstalled.  I will have to pay someone to do it as my yard cannot be left as it is.  Sprinkler is on underneath pavers flooding patio.  Sand is everywhere coming out of pavers. It will ruin my floors and carpet as it is tracked in.  He sent workers to work a few

hours an average of 3 days per week.

The job took very long to complete, it took about 3 months to complete, workers were on site approximately 10 days.  Although they were working in the backyard, the driveway (visible from the street) was left very messy between visits.  During scheduled meetings to discuss progress and concerns of project he left his truck running in the driveway and would refer to where he needed to be, making me feel that our project was not as important as others he was overseeing.

I understand that the company has made changes since the time we had them complete the work at our home. When reading this review please notice the date our work was done was in 2007. Please refer to more current reviews because a lot can change in five years.

I have a long-standing relationship with them. David and Mark Renninger are the two brothers that run it. I started using them when David was right out of architectural landscape school. He was working for the guy that mowed my lawn. He designed the backyard of my old house and it was fantastic. After a hurricane he came and redid it. Then when we moved to our new house, he came and did the backyard here. It looks like a park and people just goggle over it. It has a waterfall and everything. All my neighbors saw it and now he has done many people on my block. They are very good designers and are much better than the average landscaping company. They take into consideration what I want. I like them personally and I like their work. I've known them for more than ten years. They are a little pricey. They try to do a lot of work at the same time and sometimes they have not been on time. I would absolutely use them again.
