Carol's Lighting & Fan

I am very pleased with their work. They electrician are honest and knowledgeable. Another company had told us that we needed to replace our electrical panel and wiring. Carol's electrician came out and informed us that we were not in need of a new panel. The store workers are also very helpful. Will look us what you need and call you when it is ready,

We have used the three times this year. They have made recommendations that has saved us money. The work they have done along with the recommendations has made a difference in our utility bill. Definitely will use again

Nicole did an excellent job in helping me find the perfect ceiling fan/light for my master bedroom.  She was also very patient while I was shopping for pendant lighting which I did not purchase.  I was just to indecisive.  She was also very quick to provide a missing part (grommet for holding the light shade).  She even mailed it to my home so I didn't' have to drive an hour out of my way to pick it up.
Pricing on sale items were amazing, but some of the items that were not on sale were in my opinion priced extremely high.  I don't mind paying a little extra for the great service and I will return to this store in the future, but some items were just over the top.  Just know going in, you'll find beautiful lighting options with significant price ranges from very affordable to outrageously high.  Nicole asked for my price range and helped select a fixture within that range.
