The landscaping work in the back, was partially done, I continually would ask Nicole when they were going to complete the work. She would come around with the plans, then weeks later, I would ask again when whe was going to complete it. This went on for about 3 months. It was never completed.
Today (5/31/2011), I received an email from Nicole, stating that effective June 1, 2011, they decided to cancel my services. The one good thing is that in Texas, there is no shortage of lawn maintenance companies.
"C's Land Escapes goes above and beyond for all of our customer’s, they deserve the BEST and we deliver! From late night phone calls, after hour visits, to little jobs helping around the house in case of emergencies, we go above and beyond. We are extremely confident in our service and our customers speak highly of us. We maintained your lawn for 10 months. During that time you never mentioned any dissatisfaction in our service. It is unfortunate that you chose such a forum to notify us. There is no way for us to know a customers dissatisfaction if they don't tell us. Had you been forthcoming with your dissatisfaction, we would have made every effort to solve the issue then. Remember service is our #1 priority. We finish all of our work in a timely matter. If our customers experience special situations that come up we work with them to achieve a happy resolution. Just like you, our customers expect things to be done in a timely manner. As well; when a customer changes the original landscape plans i.e. adding and/or changing plants that will pro-long a job. We understand that plans change at the last minute and we make every effort to work around those situations in which most cases will prolong a job. For liability purposes we will not complete a landscaping job while the homeowner is out of town. We are in a service industry and our customers are VERY important to us. We don’t want to be the lawn company that you use from time to time; we want to establish a relationship with our customers that will last. We also realize that there are folks out there that will never be happy with anything we or any other service provider will do. It is never our goal to lose customers but we are realistic folks and know that is going to happen. We wish you well."
