after 16 months, here is what the rear deck looks like, feb 19,2011[link below]. it was near crashing down. we found that there was no flashing whatsoever and the wood beneath was already near rotten. we will have to replace the front deck as well for the same reason. we have now found that the rock siding over the garage doors is now sagging and supports will have to be built to keep it from falling to the ground or possibly on someone. all in the name of shortcuts or in over their heads in building period. https://cid-ae5b14d5f5f8eae6.photos.live.com/play.aspx/Pics%20of%20Job%20Progress%20Turkey%20Trott?Bsrc=Photomail&Bpub=SDX.Photos
