We like them. They are very courteous people. I think it is family owned. They are out here quarterly. I have them on a yearly contract. I have been using them for four years. It has been awhile. They work on my schedule not theirs and they are very pleasant people. They come Saturday and I do not have a ten-hour window. They say they would be here between 8 and 10 or 10 and 12, and they are here. The price is comparable with anybody else out here. I cannot complain about them.

I would highly recommend them to anyone, and I do recommend them often. They beat everybody else's price, and their service is amazing. I would absolutely continue to use them in the future.

It's a family owned company. I don't even have to be here when they do their work. I just have to leave the gate unlocked and they can come to do the perimeter. I love the technician, he is just as nice as he could be. Their service level is amazing and they are just nice to work with. And, they'll accommodate you. They'll do Saturday appointments if you can't be there Monday thru Friday.

Originally, my house was not sprayed by the builder, an error they're paying for now. Due to the heat and the fact that there was a way into the house, we discovered our family room covered in fire ants munching on old crumbs in the couches. My husband is allergic to them and it was a near miss. This company was the only one who would respond to a same day call and also offer an extensive guarantee. My husband called at 11 AM and they were there and finished by 5 PM. Not only did they spray the perimeter outside, kill 4 fire ant mounds but they also killed and removed 6 black widows living on the side of the house! Inside they sprayed the perimeter, the couches and area rugs under and over plus they removed all outlet covers and sprayed inside as well! I was very impressed with their attention to detail. The chemicals used are child and pet safe as well. They will come out quarterly and respond to any calls in between visits. Its all included in the price. Very very pleased!
