Description of Work: Rob 281-943-2370 We paid a $50.00 deposit to have our pool table that we purchased from a private party Assembled. The agreement was that they would send a service man between 3:00pm and 5:00pm. Making sure it was the last appointment and as late as possible. Two young men show up around 2:00 pm one smoking. Very forward wanted to come right in. Even after I advised them that the appointment was between 3-5 late as possible. That my Husband needed to be home. They were very rude . I called Rob he said is it because there black? I through that was very unprofessional. The matter was unresolved. I asked for my $50.00 refundedsince the services could not be completed as agreed upon. He said no. My Husband tried to call him when he got here at 3:00pm asplaned. After leaving work early and he refused to talk with him. Please note the work was to be performed at our home in Kings point Kingwood, Texas 77345.
