Description of Work: My dryer vents into the garage....which is under the media room. This makes for some very hot summer days in the media room despite all kinds of efforts to insulate, cut down on direct light, etc. And it makes for a very hot and humid garage. The problem was trying to decide where, if anywhere, it could be vented instead. Todd came and determined a way to vent it outside, through an outside facing brick wall. He was able to install the ductwork, add an extra filter, and vent it outside to an area that was not near any other doors. Every step was done thoroughly, from installing the duct work to cutting through and repairing the bricks and drywall. Now the garage is not a sauna and you can really feel a difference upstairs. (The next project I am going to have him do is to insulate the space (floor/ceiling) between the media room and garage.)
