Perfect. I live in West U and so the system is connected directly to the West U police department. The equipment cost isn't subsidized by the cost of the service but instead of using a third party to monitor, I am connected directly to the city services. i live in a townhome with a small attic and steep roof lines. They did an amazing job of meeting the challenges of the install and getting the cameras placed exactly where I wanted them. Great guys.
Hector was very professional in his dealings. I scheduled an appointment for him to come to my house to walk it down and give me an assessment of my security needs. Hector was very knowledgeable and gave me a thorough assessment. I was impressed with his knowledge and with the fact that he sought to find the most cost effective way of meeting my immediate needs. I compared the system that Hector was offering me against other providers and found his to be the most competitive offer with the best equipment.
Long story short, I went with Hector and was glad of my choice. He went out of his to ensure everything was installed to our liking and addressed any questions or issues we had.
