They moved many of my things into storage and some into my daughter’s house 13 months ago. They were very professional and competent!!

I just moved on 11/05 and Apple Moving was AMAZING! The whole experience was great starting with the first phone call regarding the quote. The crew was on time, friendly, professional and careful with my belongings. Best decision ever!

My storage unit door will not open unless I crawl under the door
they will not come rearrange furniture unless I pay an additional $79 fee & $200 minimum

Unprofessional and slow.  They broke several items.  We lost two ladders and they found one.  Then they had the temerity to tell me I had to come and get it -- I paid them to move my stuff.  They stole one ladder.  They broke numerous items.  It took them 11 hours to move our items into the new house -- we do NOT have a lot of stuff.  It was embarrassing how bad they were.  DO NOT USE THEM.

Arrived on time, worked professionally and at a steady pace with a smile on their faces the entire time.  Highly recommend.

Everything was kept very nice and safe, we had ready access to it. I was satisfied with the service and would use them again.

In January 2010 we hired Apple Moving on the recommendation of our realtor. They were on time, courteous, quick, and careful with our furniture. They looked over our furniture before wrapping with plastic, even pointing out damage to our furniture the previous movers caused that we weren't aware of. They moved heavy furniture upstairs so easily, like the furniture was as light as pillows! Our realtor paid $75 of the movers' fees. We owed another $75 when they were done. Definitely would hire again!

They were very good. They were not on time like they were supposed to be. We called them and they sent them right over. Once they got there the guys were very good. They were very quick and efficient. They did everything we asked them to do. It was fine.

They are phenomenal. They are suprisingly diligent, careful, polite, and professional. I have referred them to other people, and all of them feel they are good.

Overall the service was fair at best. My wife and I paid more money for what we thought would be a and quot;professionaland quot; moving company. The movers showed up in a small truck so if my wife and I hadn't moved the majority of the boxes the weeked before we would probably have paid twice as much for multiple trips. When the movers arrived we explained what we wanted moved and then we got out of the way and let them get to work (big mistake). My wife and I were outside saying goodbye to the neighbors and I noticed that the movers were not loading anything in the truck. I walked inside the house and they were standing around talking and laughing. When they saw me they quickley jumped up and returned to work. This happened a couple of times so I finally had to stand inside the house and hover over them to make sure they did what they were supposed to. When we were driving to our new house I gave them the address and the driver said they would meet us there. The drive takes 30 min by car and the drivers arrived in 1 1/2 hours. Only one three of the movers spoke English which made it difficult to explain where to put things they were unloading. I called the moving company to explain that I was displeased with the service they provided and here is the response I got:

I would not recommend Apple and I will not use them again.

Overall the service was good. There was a bit of a disconnect on the truck size needed and I ended up using my own cars to complete the move. I am not 100% whether it was their mistake or if I gave insufficient information, in any case the truck was too small and I ended up having to use my own car to complete the move. The guys that showed up - on time - worked very hard moving my property. There were a couple of nicks (some damage to the dry wall), but nothing significant. All the contact that I had with the people at APPLE moving was pleasant. I would use them again, however the next time I would ensure I get the biggest truck they have.

The movers were courteous, careful, and cheerful. They moved exactly what I asked and then an additional piece for a friend who was helping me move. They were late, but it was because another job I run later than they anticipated. Furthermore, I had cancelled a previous date due to delay in closing on house. They were very nice about the last minute cancellation. I also called them late when I was really ready to move (and it was the first weekend of the month). They worked me into the schedule with a great attitude about it. I highly recommend using them! If I need to move again, I will use them.

We were happy with the services that they performed. We used them because they gave us a prompt quote on the price and it wasn’t by the hour.

Window to begin was Noon to 2PM. I received a call at 11:50AM alerting me of impending arrival. Actual time of arrival 12:15PM. Three movers introduced themselves, quickly sized up the job, and got to work. They checked back with me several times to verify items to be moved. Alerted me to potential of a kinked gas line to dryer leaking in future, advising purchase of a new one. Exercised care with all items, and pointed out existing damage. Completed delivery/set up at 2:05PM. All movers were conscious of closing door for A/C and insects. I was surprised that entire move completed in 2 hours!

It was a very small job and I didn't know if anyone would want to deal with it, but I wanted professionals who knew what they were doing and not cause damage. I called Apple on a Friday and spoke with Jonanne. She gave me a price and within minutes, emailed me a proposal and scheduled the move for Monday morning at 9:00. On Saturday one of the movers called to confirm that the date and time were still OK for me. They rang my doorbell right on schedule Monday morning and had all the pieces moved within a short amount of time. The two young fellows were very professional and knew how to move in tight spaces. I got a follow-up call from the office after they left to make sure everything was to my satisfaction.
