Easy. Made a call inquiring on the cost of the item. Gentleman asked what I was using it for. He surprisingly told me I could use the tool on loan. I was at ACE in 15 minutes (it was near closing time) asked for the kind man I spoke on the phone with. Working 30 seconds he can out with tool in hand. I simply showed my license, signed the sign out sheet. Was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Please ask Alspaugh if ok to print...i don't know if they want all of Kingwood knowing they loan out items. My go to store.

We go up there all the time. Everything is an "A" with them. I have no problems. They are really wonderful. The couple that owns that store got some sort of an honor just this last year, both he and his wife. They have always been very involved and supportive. They have a barbecue every 4th of July with the street dance in front of their store, and it is just really wonderful. They work very hard. Some people say that they are a little bit too expensive, but to be perfectly honest because of the personal service that you get it is worth it. You never walk in there and have to wonder around and try to find something. There is always someone who comes up to you asks if they can help you, and they stay with you until they find out whether they have what you need or not, they don't just point you in that direction. They are really good that way, the customer service.

They are awesome. They always greet me at the door and they send me to the right area. If I have any questions, they follow me and find the answer for me.
