The work went great. Chris came out to look at my unit and made recommendations. We replaced my unit and all the ductwork. My old ductwork was falling apart. instead of doing what I wanted to do, which was repair all the joints, Chris recommended a complete replacement of the ducts as this would be less labor intensive and would be a better use of the money. It might have cost me a few hundred more but I think it was a good recommendation. Will definitely use again!
