In 2009 this firm tried to convince us that we needed a new system, after only 11 years of operation for what is supposed to be a "premium" brand (American Standard). What they didn't tell me, despite my compaints of poor cooling, was that the outdoor condensing unit needed a new coil. Now, two years after the extended warranty has expired, I'm having that coil replaced by another contractor. Ainsworth didn't even return my phone call when I was trying to find out if the coil was still under warranty.
