If I could give zero stars I would. The first red flag I shouldn't have ignored was him asking for half of the money up front before even seeing the job. I hired Caprice services to install wallpaper, which claimed could do at the price we discussed. He came with a helper and took over 8 hours to do one small bathroom area. The next day tried to charge me double the amount. Wanted to charge extra for taking off the light fixtures in the bathroom claiming he had to do electrical work. He showed up late the next day and did a horrible job with the remainder of the bathroom. His helper left an hour into the job and never showed back up claiming he got in a car accident. He told me he didn't know how to do electrical work or hang my mirrors back up after taking them off. He said he needed his helper for that. As a customer how is this my fault. Awful work! Literally came in my house and destroyed the wallpaper he used. Also left me with two bathrooms I couldn't use due to not installed back the lights. I was so upset I fired him on the spot. Now I have to hire someone else to finish the job and order more material since my wallpaper wasn't installed properly and cannot be reused.
