In all my years of having professionals come to my house and work I have NEVER left a review. I feel compelled. This was by far the most offensive , unprofessional service (if you would call it service) we have ever had. Being an electrician I asked for him to do a diagnostics test , which I had already done. I wanted to see if he was going to be a straight shooter. I was extremely disappointed. Not only did he diagnose the washing machine problem wrong , took apart the latch relay so it couldn’t be used and then quoted 250 dollars ?!? Are you kidding me. He charged 64-67 dollars to come out and try to take advantage of the situation. After I kindly told him no and asked for the money back for the diagnostics he didn’t do -he said yes then did not refund. I fixed the washing machine myself. The part I had already known cost 25 dollars. I was just trying to support local business in time of COVID. Apparently that doesn’t go both ways. This guy (I mean one guy -not a company ) is manipulative person. Every service tech including myself knows - you never leave a house with a device or service in worse shape then you arrived. I will post the photos of the destroyed relay he left. Congrats appliance Pro on taking advantage of COVID in your own way. I’m so disappointed you should be ashamed. Service: Repair washer / drye

David arrived as scheduled and diagnosed the problem with the dishwasher (bad internal fuse). He had to order the replacement part and returned several days later to install it.

I called David at Appliance Pro, described the problem and gave him the refrigerator model number. He was out the following day (on time), verified the problem and was able to replace the icemaker very quickly.

David the owner was awesome. From the first call to the end very professional. He said he would be at my house the next day between 0900-1000. He called 20 minutes before 0900 and said he was on his way. He showed up at 0850, which is 10 minutes early. Who does that these days? Awesome.
Very professional and courteous. He took 10 minutes to diagnose the problem, which was a bad temperature sensor. He HAD the part in stock and installed it. Very friendly and I would have to say one of the most pleasant technicians that have worked on my appliances. He is the owner and the technician and the phone answerer etc. Nice to not have to talk to dispatch and speak to a non english speaking person. Very pleased with the work. We will use him again.

All things considered, very happy with the repair. Ordered the part, waited for it to come in, and then installed it. The only real reason I wouldn't say "A" is that the repair person went on vacation when the part was due to come it, so I was without a working dishwasher for another week (about two weeks total). This wouldn't be a problem, but I wasn't told of his plans in advance. Had I known, I might have just replaced the dishwasher instead.

Use Appliance Pro for appliance repair. They are honest, reliable, very nice. He came when he said he would, he did the work, didn't try to sell me anything else. I felt the worker did a very good job, was trustworthy, and cared about my problem.

I think they are very professional and they cleaned up after themselves. Their prices are very fair and reasonable. I would highly recommend him.
