"Communication is key between the customer and a business. We communicated every morning and Mr. [Member Name Removed] would agree on the project for that day so we would proceed with the project . He would come home after each days project was almost complete and say he didn’t want us to complete the project. In construction when a customer says to proceed with a project, materials are purchased and the staff begins to work completing the project each day. When this continued to occur it left us in a state of uncertainty. Completion was 1 week away and he decided to stop paying A1 Design and Remodeling for work already complete. Both parties agreed to stop where we were. We took a financial loss and he did not have closure with a job completed. This really took a toll on our emotions and our lives as well as his life. We encourage reviews and we address reviews for our future customers. I hope this can bring clarity for you as you read and acknowledge both parties involved. "Your beautiful glass enclosed shimmery blue tile in the shower turned out amazing. Your vanity with the granite you chose gave your bathroom the WOW Factor!! Your walk in closet was a grand statement as well with the additional spaces we created for storage. The coolest remodel was under the stairs with a window for the dog or kids to look out into the livingroom while playing in the playhouse, The door we made for the playhouse as well was so cute. You are an amazing customer and thank you for the review."
