Went great. Did not nickel and dime you for little things. Adhered to a tight schedule of 7-4pm daily with same guys each time. Respected my privacy and cleaned up after themselves daily. Daily meeting with the owner with discussion of day's project tasks to be completed.
Description of Work: Removal of 3 walls to open up kitchen area. Repiping of house with installation of new tankless water heater. Replacement of all laminate floors with ceramic tile. Repaint entire inside of house. Update bathrooms, replace back door.

Communication is key between the customer and a business. We communicated every morning and Mr. [Member Name Removed] would agree on the project for that day so we would proceed with the project . He would come home after each days project was almost complete and say he didn’t want us to complete the project. In construction when a customer says to proceed with a project, materials are purchased and the staff begins to work completing the project each day. When this continued to occur it left us in a state of uncertainty. Completion was 1 week away and he decided to stop paying A1 Design and Remodeling for work already complete. Both parties agreed to stop where we were. We took a financial loss and he did not have closure with a job completed. This really took a toll on our emotions and our lives as well as his life. We encourage reviews and we address reviews for our future customers. I hope this can bring clarity for you as you read and acknowledge both parties involved. Thank you for your time in reading our response.

Your beautiful glass enclosed shimmery blue tile in the shower turned out amazing. Your vanity with the granite you chose gave your bathroom the WOW Factor!! Your walk in closet was a grand statement as well with the additional spaces we created for storage. The coolest remodel was under the stairs with a window for the dog or kids to look out into the livingroom while playing in the playhouse, The door we made for the playhouse as well was so cute. You are an amazing customer and thank you for the review.

The built in shelves out of tile for shampoos and conditioners etc. are so functional and look great. I am glad as well you have the shower seat you wanted all beautifully done in tile as well.
