Very happy with the job done .A complete redone of a duplex 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms Kitchen Irving room floors the roof including complete frame, this duplex caught fire and and was completely rehab from top to bottom.Frank Lara and his crew did a great job. Thanks a lot.

They did a good job for us. We had some communication trouble with the crew due to language barrier, but they did a good job and cleaned up after their work. We got them two other jobs after ours. I recommend their work

the only thing I wasn't happy with was the pick up of the old roofing nails using the magnet.When I complained they did send a man out and he went over the yard again and picked up the remainder Ok now

Frank Lara is a straight talking guy no BS He delivers what he promises. Crew showed up at 7AM and worked until dark. They showed up again the next morning at 7AM and finished up 3 hours later by 10AM. I was impressed with their professionalism. they cleaned up the yards and driveway very thoroughly before leaving. I paid 1/2 when the materials arrived and the old roof was already mostly removed. I paid the other 1/2 the day after the job was finished. I could not ask for a better contractor experience.

Quick response and availability. Took out part of wood flooring that had dry rot, replaced flooring. took up old vinyl floor tile in kitchen and replaced it with new adhesive tile. Did a nice job, finished within two days. Would hire again.

Xtrac Restoration, of Houston, Texas, has just finished a series of jobs for us-renewing a French drain and installing new gutters; removing old water damaged flooring and replacing it; and rebuilding built-in shelves and desk connecting the shelves. We cannot be more well pleased with the work Frank Lara's crews did. We are already planning more work for him to do. Frank is easy to work with, understands what you are talking about, and wants to please. After having checked with other contractors, I found that he was quite reasonable in his charges, all of which are fully explained in his bid.

If they move patio furniture away from anything falling on it, make sure they put it back. They didn't put mine back. I'm still finding roofing staples on my driveway 2 weeks after the installation. Make sure they clean all debris off the new roof after the installation. I am overall satisfied with their work.
