Description of Work: We were approaching the one-year anniversary of our new home, at which point many of the builder-warrantied services expire. Ron Wood performed a detailed inspection of our home. He promptly provided a PDF report (with pictures) of all items inspected and noted items that needed to be addressed according to code, cosmetics, or other standards. The builder repaired almost all of these issues at no charge. It was money well spent, since we would have had to pay to have it fixed when we went to sell the home.

+ -1 morePleasant experience. Ron showed up early to get a good start on the inspection. Ron kept us well informed as we walked through the inspection with him, allowing us to use his binoculars for roof issues, and showing us in detail other suspect aspects of the home. He was very meticulous in his inspection as well as his report, which was professionally done and emailed to us in a matter of hours. Ron also suggested further actions to be done with most of the problems.
Description of Work: Performed a home inspection on a pre-owned house.
