After that we schedule the service, they came on time (they gave me a call when they were on their way to my home) they did a good job and they were very nice.
I will use their serivce again.

Window washing on the outside only - didn't put all screens back on - and didn't clean the laundry room window. I was standing in the laundry room and watched the guy wash the upper part but didn't take the screen out to clean the bottom part.
Blow roof clean...They blew but didn't take the extra step to sweep the area that had the most of the leave/pines needles. They clean up the what was blown off and left it in my flower beds.
Power washing...was okay. I asked if they would move patio furniture/stuff off the patio to clean and they said yes. But did not move the umbrella so I will have to do that myself to clean.
I won't use them again as it was expensive and they didn't go that extra mile.
