I had all the windows for my home replaced in January 2019. John the owner is very knowledgeable and honest when discusding your job, theeindow options and installstion procedure. His crew was very professional and completed the job in a timely manner ensuring a good aesthetic upon completion. They cleaned up and made sure I was satisfied before departing. Fast forward to May 2025. One side of one of my sliding windows seal has failed. I called and spoke to John about the failure. He ensured me that my warrenty will cover the replacement and even informed me of two different options. He's very informative and is willing to go above and beyond to satisfy his customers!! I'm so impressed with "Window City" and their business model!! It's rare to get this type of service and customer service these days!!! Thanks Window City!!! I worked with John and his crew, led by Jose, for installation of 22 windows and they have my uttermost respect for their professionalism and workmanship! During the bidding process, John was the only one that answered all my questions promptly and to my satisfaction( some items that not very clearly defined, some were after the contract been signed, he never haggled, very agreeable and pleasant ) and Jose did the measurement very precisely and his crew installed those windows(some of them are very big picture windows) in two days' time as promised and collected the debris from the garden and reset the flower bed in the prefect shape. I am very happy for their work and they have my unqualified endorsement.

Had a great experience getting replacement windows from Window City. My wife and I needed to replace the 40 year old aluminum framed windows in my father-in-law’s house. I received quotes from 5 different window companies. Several companies used high pressure sales tactics, and one even said I had to sign the contract before they left in order to get their best price. John from Window City is a low pressure sales guy. He talked about the merits and features of his windows and explained the installation process used by his installers. I selected John and Window City because John had the lowest price of all the quotes, he didn't push me to make a decision, and I liked the installation method he described. Several of the companies break the glass so they can remove the window faster. The Window City installation team uses a blow torch to heat and remove the old caulk or putty, then removes each glass pane without breaking it. Jose is the head installer, and he has been installing windows for 20 years. Several window companies use a saw to cut the old window frame out after breaking the glass, and they mentioned there could be some Sheetrock damage on the inside of the house. The Window City installation team collapses the old window frame and removes it without causing any damage to the interior Sheetrock. Jose measures the windows prior to ordering, and the new replacement windows fit like a glove in the opening. After screwing the windows in place, the windows are caulked on both sides. Jose's crew covers the inside floor and furniture with tarps or plastic, and does a thorough clean up after. The team removes all labels from the new windows and cleans them inside and out. I am highly impressed with the new windows and great installation, and will definitely call John if I need replacement windows in the future.

Window City did a wonderful job on our new windows, and the customer service was excellent. John took time with me to help me make the right choices, not only for the project at hand, but for the whole house so that when we finish the windows, it will all look great.  They were here when they said they would be, and they were respectful of my home - even cleaning up after themselves very nicely!  I could not have been more pleased.  I recommend them highly.

Once in awhile, I come across a business that offers exceptional service and value. Windows City has been that for me. I have had the opportunity to use their service on a couple of occasions and am beyond happy with the results.  The quality of the windows and installation is unsurpassed. Our house is quieter, cooler and we are saving about $75 a month on our cooling bill.  I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

We found them on Angie's List. They were excellent. Their price was reasonable, it wasn't the lowest bid that we got, and they were right in the middle. I like the owner, I liked the product, he brought a sample out and showed it to us. The windows that we had in place, we had 19 windows, and the way he configured them, they went down to 13 windows. He made them bigger, and he saved us, so instead of paying for 19 windows, we only paid for 13. I really liked them because they opened up the room. I love it.

I've done my homework on several companies in Angie's list, receiving quotes and testimonials about the quality of their products, however Window City provided multiple products to choose and was the most competitive in price for the value.  John the sales manager was very patient and answered all our questions and emptied his truck with the many products and performance data to understand.  What was particularily complex with my order was a 6 foot bay window and two side windows that needed to be repaired due to the lack of support which caused the windows to fatigue.  These windows had to be removed, the structure jacked up and fortified, then reinstalled. This was a big job that went along with installing new windows.  The quotes I received from other companies for the repairs were completely astronomical due to the risk and complexity of this work.  Impressed by the sales presentation, and order handling, I still had some reservations about the execution of work, having not worked with this company before and knowing the repair was going to be a big job.  
Much to my happiness, the installation was done with absolute precision.  The crew spent the entire day with this project spanning over 12 hrs without any compliant or idleness.  Each person went about their work with drill team orchestration.  Couple of distinguishing factors included, welding the caulking to avoid breaking the old windows and causing debris around the area, extra care in covering the work area inside the house, the clean up during and after the job, the attention to detail in every way.  I've never had a contractor work with such great quality and pride in their effort.  I had a  new bay window to install as well that required supports and hardy board trim on the outside. It's incredible how well the trim was done which made my 60 year home into a stylish contemporary look.
If I were anyone wanting windows,  I'd cut a lot of time out of the process and hire this company - why? you can't find another company as courtious, competitive , and with superior install quality as this company.  

Window City was a great choice for us. Prompt, flexible, professional, and performing quality work. We would definitely recommend them.
In addition to having the windows replaced, we had some other relatively small, mostly related, work to be done (e.g., repair the siding around one window that the previous owner's dog had chewed, install a small patio). Most of the window installers we contacted did window replacement exclusively. Window City's company description mentioned that they also did other (exterior) work, which was a requirement for us.
We had researched various brands and models of windows, so we knew what we wanted prior to calling (we chose Showcase windows). John came to the house for an initial assessment and listened to what we wanted, asking just enough questions to make sure that our research was accurate and that we'd be happy with our choice. A follow-up assessment was necessary to go over the details of the additional jobs; Jose, who led the installation crew, came out, listened to what we wanted, presented us with some options that we were not aware of, and helped us form a final plan. The estimate was in line with others we had received, both for the window replacement and the additional work.
The entire job was done in two days; window replacement was done in about a day, with some final cosmetic work carried over to coincide with finishing the additional work. There was one glitch: the factory mistakenly sent one regular window that should have been obscured and
tempered glass, as it was destined to be in a bathroom. Discussing it with John, we decided to have it installed anyway, on the condition that it would be replaced with the proper item. The manufacturer was a little slow in replacing it (there was no charge, as it was their mistake), but
John kept after them, periodically checking in with us to provide status reports.
We are very happy with our new windows, and just as happy with the other work. We would recommend Window City and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again ourselves. Thank you, John, Jose, and crew for jobs well done!

We requested bids from various window companies who had performed installations in and around our area.   John Litsey, the  owner of Window City Houston, provided a very comprehensive presentation regarding the various options and prices.  While other window companies were competitive in price, we were very impressed with the quality of product that John was offering.  John was also very knowledgeable about building standards and advised us where tempered glass was required for safety purposes.  After we agreed to the specifications, we signed a contract on May 30, 2013.  John then obtained the approval from our home owners association and gave us the date of July 5-6, 2013 for the installation.  This date was met and the installation took place without a snag.  When John?s crew showed up, they were supervised by Jose who was prompt and took the time to take out and install one window at a time (instead of rushing by taking out all windows at once as many installers do).  Much experience was displayed throughout the installation process as the crew was very efficient and did first class work.  When the work was completed, the windows were amazing.  Our new windows are energy efficient, beautiful and have also sealed out many noises such as nearby traffic.  Our home is our biggest investment and we wanted a quality product; John delivered a quality product at

a fantastic price and with great efficiency.  We would recommend Window City Houston to our closest friends and family.
