We have worked with John and Erika since our house in Garden Oaks, now that we moved to Mem City they serviced our new (old) house. As usual they were very accommodating to our schedule. Will keep calling them and recommending them to friends and family.

necessary.  They have also come back several times in between to address
issues that have arisen - usually at no cost.  They respond in a timely
manner and are excellent.  i will miss them when i move.

I live in an attached home and had tiny roaches invading from next door. Windfern came out, sprayed, laid out baits and spent time educating me on what they were doing and why. Could not have asked for better more considerate service. Will use if I ever have problems again.

We had used them previously for years for both our home and business. I've since retired and the gal that owned it has sold it. The young man that bought it is very capable and responded quickly. We haven't compared their prices but we think they are reasonable. They came the day after we called and they were on time.

We use use Windfern Pest Control services for ongoing treatment of silverfish in our second and bottom floors. Also for over all pest control. We have may vintage magazines  and other vintage paper that we want to protect. They had just been out to do regular treatment on 6/22/2011. As the ants were covered under the regular treatment, we didn't have to pay additional fee. Always on time and very professional.

My experience with Windfern Pest Control was amazing. I called on a Friday afternoon, planning to merely schedule an appointment for the following week. I was lucky enough to call when a technician (Mauro Zapata) was there. He was able to fit me into his schedule before his appointment later that afternoon. Within fifteen minutes (I live nearby), Mauro was at my home. He identified the carpenter ants and made a recommendation on treatment. I hired him to do a treatment inside and outside. I was concerned about impacts that the pesticides might have on my two dogs, but Mauro explained the pet-friendliness of the materials he used. Mauro worked quickly, efficiently, and thoroughly. After spraying, he pointed out and addressed ant problems in the yard and indicated an area of the house that needed to be better protected to keep out vermin. He also made a recommendation on the scratching noises I had heard within the walls, a problem that I am no consciously monitoring. Based on reviews I had read on Angie's List, I asked Mauro about the six-month service program. He gave me the information, clearly indicating that the service comes with a six-month warranty (better than other companies!). I have no reservations about this company and will definitely be using their services again. Thanks, Windfern!

Outstanding job, great example of the professionalism, knowledge and quality of service that I would like to have on all contractors. I hired because of their good status on Angieslist and because they are located on the same neighborhood.

It didn't take long to get an estimate, but there was a bit of a wait time to schedule the service. Evidently they stay busy. I haven't seen the ants since the service was performed several months ago, not one. I would definately use them again. Very professional and trustworthy.

They are fine and they were referred to us. When they came in we were not at home, they came and finished the work. When we came back we found that there were no bugs.

They are highly dependable, knowledgeable and reasonable. I pay $90/quarter for my small rent house and $113/quarter for our bigger house and yard. All treatments have been very effective. Impressive company.

I called to schedule an appointment on a Tuesday and was able to get an appointment for the next Monday at 8 a.m. He showed up 15 minutes early but waited outside until exactly 8 a.m. We talked about the problem areas and he checked for ants to see what kind we have. He then sprayed the entire house inside and out. It took almost an hour and a half. The quote they gave me over the phone was for inside only and I was told it would be $110 - $120. They charged me $120 plus $9.90 tax for the inside and outside. He was very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend them for service. The pest control has a 6 month guarantee for the inside only for the ants. The only thing I would have liked better is if I could have gotten an appointment sooner than 6 days from the date I called.

I have been using them for a while now. They are very trustworthy and very honest. This is a great company. They initially did my termite inspection for only $100, which I thought was fair. They treat my home on a regular basis now and I pay them a fair price yearly.

Arrived early. Did a thorough job. Have used them repeatedly over the years and would not use another exterminator. They were a referral from a friend and I'm happy to see they are on Angie's List and can't say enough good things about them.

Sissy and Andy are always a pleasure to deal with. They show up on time, and often call to see if they can come over earlier. They are clean, friendly, professional, and considerate of your home and belongings. I have been using Windfern, since I moved into my home in April of 2003 and I have yet to see a live roach in my home or garage, or even the balcony or porch. I almost never give out ''A's'', but I believe this company deserves them, and your business!

SISSY AND HER HELPER ARE VERY POLITE AND FRIENDLY. THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME, AND USUALLY CALL AHEAD TO ASK IF THEY CAN DROP BY EARLIER. THEY ARE QUICK TO SHARE AS MUCH (OR AS LITTLE!) INFO ON THEIR FINDINGS AS YOU WOULD LIKE. SISSY EVEN REMOVED A DEAD MOUSE FOR ME BECAUSE I COULDN'T LOOK AT IT! THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN REALLY NICE, AND I DON'T GET A CREEPY FEELING WHILE THEY ARE IN MY HOME. AND EXCEPT FOR THE MOUSE PROBLEM (THE RESULT OF NEW DEVELOPMENT NEAR MY HOME), I HAVE NOT HAD ANY PEST ISSUES.
