He is reliable and honest. The outstanding feature about him is that he does almost everything himself, so he works slower but he does a great job. He is definitely not a money grabber. He is a perfectionist. We would rather have him do the supurb job he does than have someone who doesn't do the job properly. I actually give him the key to my house to do the work he does and I completely trust him. He makes sure that the people he contracts out are doing the work properly and the way he wants it done.

It went extremely well. In fact, we gave Larry a $500 tip because of extras that one doesn't ordinarily get. He also cleans and vacuums thoroughly after every day's work. Larry worked on our project alone where he was never split from one to another. He was present daily and sometimes even worked a day on the weekend. He was like a family member in no time and we cannot believe how beautiful he made our home.

He does almost all his own work from plumbing to laying of tile. He's a perfectionist and he is very friendly and personable. He will not do something if he can predict a problem, he'll tell you about it and work out a solution. He does design work and does not charge for it. You can always call him back to fix any of the work that goes wrong. He even builds all his own cabinets. He has a very detailed contract and he goes over it with you and he signs it with you.
