I have been going to Phillips, formerly Exxon Mobil for 17 years now. I have never been ripped off and they are very honest. I am very comfortable using them as they have picked me up off the side of the road before and came to me to change a flat tire. Every time I go and get work done they always mail me a thank you note. In all of the 17 years I have been going there the only problem I had was they forgot to fill my windshield wiper fluid and when I went back to tell them they did it right away with no charge. No other shop has ever done work on my car, this is the only place I will go and my car is almost 13 years old.
