They did an excellent job.

In my 54 years of car ownership, it was the single worst experience I've had. I grossly overpaid, sure, but I knew that going in the front door-that's just part of the Lexus experience, but I thought it'd be the standard 300%, not 800% for a pretty simple electrical job. However, when I asked them to do a state inspection, it got really absurd when they told me my tires were too worn (30k miles on factory tires). I asked them to help me get some credit from the tire manufacturer, they refused saying "factory tires are softer than replacement tires" and wear out more quickly. (I called 3 manufacturers and they all laughed at that.). The service rep then said Dunlap tires were supplied new with the car so the Michelins on the car must have been put on by me and West Side Lexus couldn't help me. I showed her the new car documentation listing the tires as Michelins and she was forced to a different argument: "I (the car owner) failed to rotate the tires so any warranty would be invalid." I showed her the service orders from West Side Lexus showing the periodic maintenance with their own mechanics claiming that they rotated the tires on schedule throughout the car's life (but maybe that was all a lie too). Forced into a corner, she offered me a new set of Michelins for almost $2000 and she would not help me get a discount from Michelin. I walked out, drove to Discount Tires, explained my problem, they immediately called Michelin, explained the issue and Michelin on the spot gave me a $200 discount off a price less than half of West Side Lexus, for the identical tire! West Side Lexus took every opportunity to lie, more so than any other instance in my life. I know a fair amount about cars (farm and machine shop experience, rebuilt engines, worked for a aircraft mechanic, etc) and if they'd lie so routinely to me, what will they do to those without my mechanical experience?

We take our cars to the dealership because they're all under warranty.  My husband uses West Side Lexus. They're excellent.  They are responsive and professional.  Their convenience and professionalism keeps us going back there.  The workers are very professional and our vehicle is cleaner than when we took it in.  We like the professionalism and the promptness.  They say what they're gonna do and when it's gonna be done, and it always is, which makes a huge difference. 

I use them all the time.? I've been using them for years.

I go to the dealer.? My car is leased, so it's part of the service.? There was no cost.? They were good, especially for the price.? They were great; I like them.? Everything was an A. It is a good company for purchasing a car and service. The workers are okay.

I wasn't going to get a better deal anywhere else. Salesman was professional and I have bought another car from him before. It took an hour or two.
