What a growth experience. I ordered what I thought I needed which was a microwave that could be placed over the (built in) oven. I ordered over the phone after viewing microwaves over the net. The female sales representative repeated my order and I confirmed it. When I got to the show room to pick it up. I noticed that the same microwave that I ordered was on their showroom floor and was displayed over a stove-top and had a vented hood underneath. I asked the sales person if the particular microwave could be used as a built in. The answer was no. I ordered the wrong one. It cost me a $50.00 restocking fee and the new microwave was more costly, but it was my fault. They worked to help me find the right one. In hind sight, I should have gone into the store and asked for assistance.
