These guys are great. Every time I go they are very straightforward with pricing and the work they do is top-notch. I originally heard about them through my coworkers. I work at an oil and gas company and many of my coworkers have been going there for years and assured me I would get an honest opinion on what was wrong with my car. Oil changes you can get anywhere (and it's always done well here), but honesty and straight dealing from a mechanic is pretty rare.

I have had a couple of bad experiences with this place. On one occasion, I took my vehicle there for an inspection and they told me my civic wouldnt pass the inspection because the Gas cap was not working. Then they charged me $20 for a new gas cap which was not Honda branded. A day later, my check engine light came on. I was trying to figure out the problem, and then on a whim, I changed it back to the old gas cap and drove around for a day. The check engine light automatically went off! I then later found out that two of my colleagues were also scammed the same way! I can tolerate incompetence, but not liars. I will never go to them again.

They did a very good job, were professional, and I would recommend them.

I dropped my wife's vehicle off in the morning for an oil change and tire rotation, and left to run some errands. They called back to let me know they felt the radiator hoses were weak and the transmission oil was old and dirty. I thought their quote was a little on the high side but overall I've been bringing my vehicles to them for over two years with nothing but stellar service so I had them perform the work. They performed the work well and in good time, as usual. The one major mistake they made was to bring the vehicle out front by a sweaty, dirty service technician while my wife looked on in horror. He hadn't put a towel or anything down on the seat and got soil on the door fabric and seat cushion. She was able to clean it off at home, fortunately. I didn't say anything to them about this, but I hope I don't have any issues bringing her vehicle to them in the future.

This company got my attention when they sent me a "welcome to the neighborhood" letter and coupon for a free oil change. I called and asked their rates for the repair of my car and it was very good. The service manager was incredibly friendly and explained everything in detail, and offered to show me the oil leaks with my car up on the lift without me asking. They have a courtesy shuttle service that returned me to my house and also would have picked me up again had I needed it. The only negative I can think of is it took slightly longer to finish than they estimated (approximately 1 hr 15 min longer) but this was not a big deal, especially considering they got the work done in one afternoon. Their work appears to be sound, I have not noticed anything wrong with my car after 3 days.
