The vets and the staff are all knowledgeable and pleasant. They tend to be expensive but given the high quality of care and the convenience to my home, it seems worth it.

Everything is great, except for they are ridiculously expensive. That's the thing though, They take absolutely great care of her so I can't complain. But, you know, we are never walking out of there for less than $600-$700. Which is for most Vet's but this one in particular, I think is a bit pricey, so. I was warned about it initially when I was there and I still had a little sticker shock. I was like, " Whoa, you want how much?" Ha ha ha..They do and  my dog loves everyone there and they are so sweet with her. She's a 100 pound Rhodesian Ridgeback and they don't mind, she's a huge dog and they are sweet with her and everything else, so. You can almost always get in the same day.  Our accurately my favorite is that I can always just drop the dog off in the morning and they will fit her in when they can fit her in and pick her up at the end of the day. So, that's my personal favorite. I don't have to worry about sitting in a vet office with 3 little kids and a dog that's so upset because it smells like other animals, so it works out well for everybody. Accurately there's a reminder on my desk to call them to get her annual appointment set up.

They're always awesome.

I like them because they are customer based and professional, yet they can be pricey.

Took the dog in because he was scratching his cheek raw. Also turns out we needed a heart worm test done. They took care of the cheek with anti-biotic and performed the test. We have been there before and they always professional and provide quality care. My only complaint is pricing. They make my family doctor look like a bargain. I will use them again for serious issues, but for routine stuff, they are too expensive.

I have a dog that suffers horribly from allergies. They have been extremely helpful in keeping those under control. They are very good with the animals. They listen to my ideas and don't try to discourage me. They are very acceptive of different ways of doing things. They are very helpful and understanding.

The staff was very efficient, very helpful, clean and offered service at various cost levels.
