He took me in the day after I called and replaced the drain hose while I waited.  AND he did not charge for the service.  Late last year this same shop replaced the brakes on my 2008 GMC pickup and did a good job for a good price.    I strongly recommend this provider.

Had to have our van towed because all the oil had leaked out of the engine. I contact Webb Auto and they were happy to take the van without me being present. When I told the AAA tow truck driver where it was going he had very positive things to say about the shop I had choose. The job was done in a timely fashion and they even took the van to a car wash and using a wand cleaned the underside of the van which was covered in oil. I even received a call in few weeks later thanking me for my business. I will certainly use them in the future.

I took my car to Webb automotive at the Cypress location to diagnose a noise from the rear wheel well area. I was told that they would not be able to look at it for a few hours, but I could leave the car and they would shuttle me back home.
After a few hours, I got a call stating that my rear stabilizer links were bad and needed to be replaced. Instead of just quoting me the price to repair them, he suggested that they should be under warranty and I should go back to the dealer to have them replaced. I called the dealer and they were under warranty, so I took them back and got them replaced for free under warranty.
The honestly of Webb's is what makes it a great place. There have been a lot of positive reviews of Webb's in our local community forums, but I wanted them to also have the recognition on a larger venue. I would recommend Webb's to anyone.

Finished when promised, no surprises. Last year Roy replaced the A/C compressor in same vehicle, system still blowing cold air after nearly a year. Did the work quickly, checked and test drove, looked for other problems. Very fair prices, and very professional service. Have used this company many times. Roy Webb is honest, thorough, knowledgeable and professional, very hard to find in the auto repair world.
