Watermark Restoration was a dream to work with! They redesigned our floor plan to match our dream home - moving stairs, finishing out the garage, creating bedrooms where there were none, and adding character and charm. Terry and his crews were professional, thorough, thoughtful, and respectful of our space and our family throughout the whole process. Our home has the look and feel of a fully custom home with high-end finish outs including a bullet ice machine, a dog wash station, custom cabinets and built-ins, French-doors, and more. We would love to work with them again!

We selected Watermark Restoration and Terry Bruckner to restore and rebuild our residence in the Piney Point area. During the initial time, I insisted that our job should be started and completed in the most efficient manner in all aspects, including the timeframe. Terry Bruckner promised that he will definitely make that commitment. I can say that after one year after he completed the house, with many issues involved such as new plumbing, new electrical, new drywall, new flooring, and a lot of insurance issues involved, Mr. Bruckner's experience in construction as well as in banking, as well as complex issues of insurance was superb in our experience. Mr. Bruckner always stayed on top of each aspect of construction and did a fine, quality job. We are extremely happy with the experience.

Very professional staff. High quality. The only downer was a 4-6 week project turned into an 8 week project.

Terry handled everything from start to finish very professionally. His crew was dependable, did a great job and always cleaned up before leaving for the day.

Work quality was excellent. The Watermark team was efficient and productive. They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. As they tore out a damaged wall, they discovered some unknown structural damage that resulted in the project costing about 10% and taking a little longer to complete. But, they told me of this immediately, and all was done well. I would not hesitate to use them again.

They are still on the job, and are doing an excellent job. The workers are very professional. They keep the work area clean and are highly skilled at their tasks. Mr. Buckner came to the initial visit prepared, took appropriate measurements and submitted a bid that was descriptive of the work to be done. Other bids have been very general in nature.

Watermark Restoration recently completed remodeling of our time, including full bathroom and family room remodel. We had an excellent experience with this company. Watermark Restoration consistently demanded excellence as the were careful in every detail of their remodel. This company showed an excellent eye for detail, design and worked with us on every aspect of our remodel. We were very involved clients in the design of our home and they consistently showed patience and understanding as we compared different materials, colors, and expenses. They allowed us time and flexibility with our remodeling decisions and only helped us along the way. Watermark Restoration consistently searched for low prices for equipment in order to keep our costs down. Their goal until the end was to make us happy and satisfied with the work in our home. The workers at Watermark Restoration were honest, dependable, kind, friendly, and very pleasant to have worked in our home. They were always careful and extremely respectful with our property and worked very hard throughout the duration of their project. Most importantly, they were committed to a job done right and really strove for perfection and excellence. We are very happy with the completed work and with our choice of remodeling companies.
