We could not be MORE pleased with Wade's real estate services! Prior to listing, he thoroughly prepared us for what to expect, and also provided us with a hefty notebook full of comparables and tips for how to get top dollar for our house. Wade spent quite a bit of time with us walking through the house to determine how best to stage the property for sale. After we completed the staging and repairs he recommended, we put the house on the market. The listing hit the MLS on a Saturday afternoon, and by end of day, we had three showings scheduled for the next day. On Sunday, we had one verbal and one written offer! We accepted one of the offers, which was a full-price offer, and Wade remained engaged throughout the entire process, including inspection and appraisal. We closed on the property a couple of days ago, and everything went very smoothly.
One thing we really liked about working with Wade and Martha Turner was that Wade was present for every showing, whether or not he was representing the buyer. That made us feel much better about having strangers touring our home! Martha Turner's lockbox system is different from the typical real estate lockbox, and they are much more secure than the standard lockbox. 
Overall, Wade's positive attitude, friendly smile, and responsive style made selling our home a breeze. I highly, highly recommend Wade, and know that you'll appreciate his professionalism and attention to detail.
