Well, I was running late and he told me no problem.  He did the work at my job and was there on time, but was not upset when I finally did arrive. I was curious how it was done and he explained everything to me.  He called me when he was done, which didn't take very long.  I went and inspected the job, it was great and there was nothing left in the lot or in my car.  He even cleaned the windshield.
