We can’t say enough good things about the Vickers Properties team. We’ve used realtors before but never did we get an entire team. If you are like we were, you might be wondering what a team gets you. I’ll tell you: The Vickers Properties team guided us on rate-of-return remodel advice, interior/exterior design guidance, staging consultants, 3-D home tours, dimensioned layouts of our older home, custom brochures, seasoned negotiations expertise and more. Without a doubt they are solely responsible for delivering an entire home-selling package that resulted in us getting a contract within 3 days of listing. Also 5+ stars for the awesome communication, responsiveness and for being there for us through every step of the process. We will never use another Houston area realtor other than the Vickers Properties team.

Jennifer, Meredith and Ashlyn and the entire Vickers Properties team are an absolute pleasure to work with. They made our move to Houston infinitely easier. They gave us plenty of time to discuss our options for the move (purchase vs. lease) taking into account our detailed financial situation. The entire team was very patient with us as we changed our plans and decisions many times over the course of several months. They simply scratched all the work they had already done for us and restarted with our new plans without any complaints or pushiness. They showed us MANY apartments until we found a place we actually liked. They also stuck with us until we finally moved in and were completely settled, giving us advice and recommendations about things that go way above and beyond their duty as real estate agents.

Jennifer is by far the best realtor I have worked with or heard about. Her credentials and recognitions speak for themselves. I have worked with her as a seller and as a buyer and in both cases the process and the outcome were amazing. Jennifer goes beyond the call of duty and truly cares about her clients. During the time we worked with her, she stood by us and guided us in every decision, big and little. She was super patient and made sure that we understood every step of the process. Jennifer has a ton of experience and solid network in the business. She utilizes both fully for the benefit of her clients. She is also an excellent person I respect and admire.

We couldn't have asked for a more competent, eager, and responsive realtor to sell our house to a cash buyer. It was my first time selling to a cash buyer and Jennifer was with us every step of the way. She answered all our questions and really schooled us on what to expect (and what to avoid). I would recommend her services to everyone. She's a rock star!

I cannot recommend Jennifer highly enough. We were moving to the Houston area for the first time and intimidated by the rental market; Jennifer made the whole rental process easy -- fun, even. She listened to our preferences and did not push for us to see properties over our budget -- in fact, she frequently suggested properties that were well under budget. We ended up with a perfect place for less than we expected to pay in rent.
Jennifer is the most organized, competent person you could hope to have the pleasure of working with. If you have a question, she'll answer it or find out the answer. She walked us through every step of the process: negotiating the terms of the lease, communicating with the leasing agent and landlords, and ensuring that all terms were met. She goes above and beyond: she sent us every piece of information we could need, including maps of the neighborhood and information about trash pickup. The whole process was so much simpler than it would have been without her.
 I could keep gushing about how amazing she is, but the bottom line is this: I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking to buy or rent in Houston, and we would use her services again in a heartbeat.
