I can't compare their prices with other people. I haven't dealt with them so I can't say about responsiveness, and the only time I go to the store is when I need a new phone. Every time I have gone to the store, they have been okay, but I only go once every 3 years. I can't say they are awesome as I am not glued to my cellphone.

I think they are too expensive. They do my whole family, we have a family plan. We are stuck with them because we have a contract with them.

They are honest but their internet service is not so good. Our kids have an iphone and they would always complain that the internet is not working. But the phones are okay. I don't like the price that I pay every month.

I started running late to North Dakota I needed a service and I had Verizon and no matter where I went they was no signal. I had to contact them so often because the service went down to 3G. In my hot spot I get only 3G service that is very slow when I have to get 4G and I have to do the paperwork instead of doing my work driving. I had to call them.

I have a love hate relationship. I love their service. I don't hate the price but they could be better. What I hate is and this happens every time when we renew the contract. I have three kids and myself and so when we renew the contract, the kids each get new phones. Invariably, at least one phone and there has been occasion where two phones had to go back within the first month because they were messed up. My kids are hard on things and they are not going to ruin anything in the first month. However, they replaced the phones with a used, refurbished model and you are paying for a new model. So next time, I want to pay for the refurbished model and ask them to give me the warranty. It is most irritating. Then they bug me about my phone asking me when I am going to exchange my phone. Their service is absolutely reliable with the exception of parent function; the tracking function on the phone isn't very reliable. We can go anywhere and have their network. I like their coverage. We have never had a drop call issue with them. When you go and change your phone, they are pretty quick to replace it. You can actually make an appointment and show up and they will deal with it. When the government asked for Verizon phone records, they didn't make their lawyers work. They should have had the lawyers refuse and shouldn't have just handed over the personal information on their clients and they did it. I would just cancel them for that reason. I have three kids that use the phone and I don't think they have to be collecting data on minors. It is an intrusion on children.

It's fine. We never had any problems. There are spotty places but that's what it is. We never had to call and deal with them at all.

I am not happy with their service at all. I have an unlimited call, text and data plan. The service is good but the phone that they gave me and their ability to support it totally suck. I have had a phone for the past 2 and half years that once a day the SIM car drops out and in. I have been paying monthly for a protection plan on it and they won't do anything about it. I only get half signal strength, when I first got the phone it was full strength constantly in this area not it's suddenly half strength that I'm up for a contract renewal. The month that hit contract renewal my bar strength got to half, features on my phone stop working right and I started getting glitch.
