The installation date was dependent on finishing other repairs. I had to keep delaying the installation of the carpet. However, once all was clear, they did their job quickly and professionally. The salesperson was always on top of the situation for follow through.

I chose them based on their Angie’s List reviews and I felt that their prices were reasonable. Two guys came out and completed the job in a day. They cleaned up well. They were very good and responsive. I was very satisfied with the work that they did.

I think they're great. I like them. I thought it was excellent. They were professional. They did an excellent job. Their prices are a little on the high side but everybody did what they were supposed to do. Their attitude was great. I just like them. I always use them because they provide good service. They're just a little pricey.

Everything about Venetian Blind and Flooring is excellent.  I paid a little more, but the service and quality were well worth it.  I will be using them again for carpet in our vacation home.

Amazing!!  I called two days before closing on the house I was selling, and the carpet was INSTALLED the day after I called.  When the furniture was moved out of the room prior to selling the house, the old carpet looked terrible.  I called Venetian Blind Carpet One (who had installed carpet in a different room several years before).  Katy and Heather came that same afternoon with samples of the very reasonably priced carpet they had in stock and measured, and Salvador and his helper installed the new carpet the following morning! They did a beautiful job in only a couple of hours.  They removed the old padding and carpet, vacuumed the floor where it had been, put in new padding, and installed the new carpet, finishing in less than 24 hours from my first call.  And the new carpet looks great!   I really appreciate everyone's responsiveness from my first call, and I can't say enough about how much they helped me and how pleasant everyone was to work with.  I will always call them whenever I need carpet or flooring again.

This installation went exactly as expected.  They removed and hauled away the old carpet, vacuumed, installed the new pad and carpet.  It was power stretched as required by the warranty. They finished in 2 days and cleaned up and replaced the furniture.  There were a couple of threshholds that I didn't like and they were redone immediately to my satisfaction.
As many have said, this is not the cheapest company, but they were the only ones that carried the pattern I wanted and the price was reasonable.  Their square foot prices include everything--installation, removal, pad--so you know exactly what you are getting. We had one mistake in the measuring, which my husband caught ahead of time so it wasn't a problem.  In general, the sales people were extremely knowledgable and helpful, even when they didn't know it was going to be a big job.  This is a place where you are important from the minute you walk in the door.

They were professional, they were timely and they did good quality work.  The entire process of choosing the carpet to laying them down, to billing was pretty well streamlined.

They are very professional, extremely knowledgeable and they have quality products. They stand behind what they do. Their prices are very competitive. They do not sell a poor product knowingly. They are always friendly when you go in and they are ready and willing to help you.

Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. Superb installation of silestone countertops and backsplashes in kitchen. In bathrooms, silestone countertop installation was very tricky because some older ceramic tile backsplashes had to be preserved, but they did a fantastic job. Carpet was also very well installed. The sales respresentative who worked with us was very knowledgeable, responsive, and patient and made helpful suggestions as we agonized over selections. Very pleased with the work and service.

Vanetian Blind was referred to me by my friend.  I went to the store and was impressed with Rob's explanation of different types of shutters. Rob then came to the house to measure and gave me the estimates with 3 options.  He was punctual and professional. The shutters was ready on time. The installers were friendly and efficient.  However, I felt that they were a bit rushed. The shutters function very well.  I noticed tiny chips on the edges of some lourvers of each shutters.  Also there's a filled small hole on the side of one shutter with noticeable color difference. I called Rob about this. They came back to fill the hole and chips and painted it well. Rob also offered to redo all the shutters if I were not happy with the shutters.   This report was delayed because I was debating whether to have all the shutters redone. Apparently the shutters was made by a company working with Vanetian.  There was some delay in communication with Rob and the response from the shutter company. Rob apologized because the company should have noticed these chips in the factory and not released the shutters for installation. It's been several months the shutters function very well.The chips are hardly noticeable.  So far I did not call Rob for redoing the shutter.  I love giving raving report. However, I have to give a B on quality for this one.  I hope when I call them to replace window treatment with wood plantation shutters on other windows at my house.  It will be such a wow feeling that I can give a raving report.

I love them.  I first got my dining room rug and then they installed the rug in the entry stairway.  They managed that really well.  I really liked the salesperson in particular.  He was very hands-on and detail oriented.  That's why I decided to use them for the big project.  My interaction with them started with smaller projects and led to the bigger ones each time.  They are really good.  They aren't the cheapest.  I think they are expensive, but you get what you pay for.  They definitely went above and beyond.  I picked out the backsplash and when the stone actually got here the color varied too much.  Matthew my salesperson said it was no problem.  He took it back.  He went to multiple places to find a replacement and brought me samples.  He found me something that worked.  It was painless for me.  Everything was addressed.  The color tone didn't match the counter.  He said he understand and it wasn't a problem.  He fixed everything and went above and beyond.

Very well.  At one point the new tub was not satisfactory and they had a new one in in two days.

They were there exactly when they said they would be and did such a good job.  Repaired some problems under the floor that I didn't expect them to, so the carpet would lay properly.  It looks and feels fabulous!  Not the cheapest, but worth the money.

The people from Venetian Blind Carpet One Floor & Home did a good job at first. But 6 months later, the cork flooring in the kitchen started buckling/bubbling up. I called them as the flooring had a year's warranty. They did not take responsibility and asked for an additional $5000. We believe that they did not leave a gap between the flooring and the wall for it to expand during the season change. When the weather changed then it started bubbling up. We had cabinets installed after the floor was installed and now we cannot remove the floor because of the cabinets. They did not want to redo it at their expense. They asked for more and said that it would be our job to take care of the cabinets while they work on the floor I did not agree as it would be more work and I left it as it is. The floor has not been fixed as of yet.

I loved my sales associate Matthew. He made me feel comfortable with my purchase, the products available for the neighborhood I live in and for resale value. He came to my house multiple times and brought samples repeatedly. I did not have to make unnecessary trips to the store.
