He came over twice after we were home from work to provide the estimate and plan the job, which was convenient. His estimate was competitive with the other bids we got. He arrived on time or early each day. The job was completed on time and we were happy with the quality of the painting and the closet door repair.

Eliseo was prompt, on-time, worked diligently every day, all-day,. He is an excellent painter and painted very challenging areas expertly - ie. high ceilings in stairwell design details, ceilings & trim.

Mr. Valdez is very professional, completed the job on time, he was always on time and the price was right. He is very respectful and polite and does not mind doing odd jobs that always seem to be required to make a house into a home.

this was a fantastic experience... Mr. Valdez is my new go to guy for all my home needs. I met him when he was working on a neighbors home, she was thrilled with his work, so i brought him in to take a look at what I wanted done. He worked up a good quote, at a very reasonable price (did not need to negotiate, I felt the price was more than fair), gave me a printed contract (very professional). On our agreed date he arrived with 2 other guys, who where dressed neatly and cleanly, they were very polite and started to work right away. they worked quickly and neatly knocking out the painting, sooner than expected. The difference in the rooms is fantastic - I am so very pleased.
Mr. Valdez saw the tile waiting for the back splash - offered to prep the wall and install it, with minimal additional cost. i jumped on it and am very pleased with the results.
You can be assured that hiring Mr Valdez was the best decision i have made since i started remodeling my home.

There were several places where the drywall needed to be replaced entirely, and there was a really bad texture on the walls and the ceiling. Usually, texture like this is very expensive to remove, but he quoted a reasonable price for the work. I also had him paint the entire bathroom as well. He is very personable and easy to communicate with- he listens to what you want and offers helpful tips and ideas to get what you need done completed. He even did a few extra things that were not part of his bid, which was a nice surprise. He was professional and prompt- showing up every day at exactly the time he said he would. He communicated clearly to me if he needed to change the schedule or needed anything for the job. He has many years of experience and it shows in his work.
I felt so comfortable with him, that I gave him a key and left him in the house during the day. He did an excellent job all the way around.
